Mission - Seeking Life Abundantly

To strive for the advancement of Christ’s church in knowledge, holiness and comfort; to promote its prosperity and spirituality; to sustain its worship, ordinances, discipline and doctrine; to give relief to the poor and spread of the Gospel through all nations.

Core Doctrinal Pillars

  • High view of God – God is absolutely loving, just and sovereign in all that He decrees
  • High view of the Scriptures – God’s word is absolutely authoritative in all that it demands
  • Low view of Man - Man is absolutely depraved until regenerated by a Holy God.

Core Values

  • Church is a body of and for believers:  Church is for edification of the believer and not a gathering for the unsaved.
  • Church is worship: First and foremost in the manner in which we live our lives but also expressed in our gathering together. Our music is contemporary, meaningful, and spiritual. We retain our heritage and hymns as well as strive to reach the younger generation so that all may express glory to God.
  • Church is a gathering of friends: we seek to know one another in such a way that there “is a friend that sticks closer than a brother.”
  • Church is accountability: we seek to hold each responsible and obedient to the Word of God through mutual encouragement, exhortation, and if need be discipline.

Core Strategies

  5. by developing discipleship groups that are appropriate to age, life experiences, and spiritual journey.  Heb 5:11-14
